Motorcycle Rubber Bladder Tyre Curing Press Machine
This machine is hydraulic vulcanizing machine, the use of two independent dual mode framework among units with bolt coupling into the structure of four modules, linear guide rail guiding system, combining a model on each side by side four stations, oil cylinder installed on the upper beam center combining a model.
Mould with hot plate heating, central organization for type B, according to the requirement of the user can configure after aeration, tires and etc, vulcanizing machine pipeline system can be customized according to customer's requirements.
The machine hydraulic system driven by a hydraulic station one to five vulcanizing machine, and can realize the process control function.
The machine control system adopts PLC programmable controller as the realtime control core, the industrial computer as the manmachine operation interface, can realize vulcanization process parameter settings, vulcanization realtime parameters collection, preservation, alarm and history straight query, etc., with ethernet interface, support the vulcanizing machine cluster network.
The machine is suitable for the production of electric motorcycle tires, tires and bias tires, suitable for nitrogen gas or steam curing process.
